Please measure so that the bracelet fits best for you!
⇒ It should not be too tight, but also not too wide!
It is best to take a thread or something similar and put it around your wrist.
Then mark the spot with a pen. Now you can mark the thread with a pen.
Now you can measure the thread using a ruler or measuring tape and you have
the circumference of your wrist.

Example:
               Your wrist has the circumference 14,8 cm.
                      ⇒ please choose wrist circumference size 14 - 15 cm
