Conclusion of an agreement
The customer can submit the offer via the online order form integrated in the seller's online shop. After placing the selected goods in the virtual shopping basket and completing the electronic ordering process, the customer submits a legally binding contractual offer with regard to the goods contained in the shopping basket by clicking the button completing the ordering process. Furthermore, the customer can also submit the offer to the seller by e-mail.
The seller can accept the customer's offer within five days,
- by sending the customer a written order confirmation or an order confirmation in text form (fax or e-mail), whereby the receipt of the order confirmation by the customer is decisive, or
- by delivering the ordered goods to the customer, whereby the receipt of the goods by the customer is decisive, or
- by requesting payment from the customer after placing his order.
If several of the aforementioned alternatives exist, the contract is concluded at the point in time at which one of the aforementioned alternatives occurs first. The period for acceptance of the offer begins on the day after the dispatch of the offer by the customer and ends with the expiry of the fifth day following the dispatch of the offer. If the Seller does not accept the Customer's offer within the aforementioned period, this shall be deemed a rejection of the offer with the consequence that the Customer is no longer bound by his declaration of intent.
When submitting an offer via the seller's online order form, the text of the contract is saved by the seller and sent to the customer in text form (e.g. e-mail, fax or letter) together with the present general terms and conditions after sending the order. In addition, the contract text is archived on the Seller's website and can be retrieved free of charge by the Customer via his password-protected customer account by providing the corresponding login data, provided the Customer has created a customer account in the Seller's online shop before sending his order.
Prior to binding submission of the order via the Seller's online order form, the Customer may recognize possible input errors by carefully reading the information displayed on the screen. An effective technical means for the better recognition of input errors can be the enlargement function of the browser, with whose help the representation on the screen is enlarged. Within the framework of the electronic ordering process, the customer can correct his entries using the usual keyboard and mouse functions until he clicks on the button completing the ordering process.
Only the German language is available for the conclusion of the contract.
The order processing and establishment of contact usually take place via e-mail and automated order processing. The customer must ensure that the e-mail address provided by him for order processing is correct so that e-mails sent by the seller can be received at this address. In particular, when using SPAM filters, the customer must ensure that all e-mails sent by the seller or third parties commissioned by the seller to process the order can be delivered.
All prices are quoted in Euro and not include shipping costs. The price at the time of the order is valid in each case. Delivery and shipping costs are stated separately in the respective product description.
In the case of deliveries to countries outside the European Union, additional costs may be incurred in individual cases for which the seller is not responsible and which are to be borne by the customer. These include, for example, costs for the transfer of money by credit institutions (e.g. transfer fees, exchange rate fees) or import duties or taxes (e.g. customs duties). Such costs may also be incurred in relation to the transfer of funds if the delivery is not made to a country outside the European Union but the customer makes the payment from a country outside the European Union.
The payment options are communicated to the customer in the online shop of the seller.

1. Prepayment by bank transfer
When ordering on prepayment, you will receive an e-mail after ordering, in which you will find our bank details. Also stated in this e-mail is the purpose of use, which you should indicate on your transfer. Once the amount has been credited to our account, the production of your personal article begins.
2. Payment via PayPal
You can also pay via PayPal. Select PayPal as your payment method and you will be redirected to PayPal at the end of the order process. PayPal offers you easy, fast and secure payment on the Internet. Your bank details or credit card number are securely stored at PayPal and protected by the SSL protocol and the 128-bit key. If you are already a PayPal customer, you can log in there with your user data and confirm the payment. If you are new to PayPal, you can also log in as a guest or open a PayPal account and then confirm the payment. Once we received the payment, the production of your personal item begins.

3. Cash on delivery Only in Germany possible!
On delivery you pay to the transport company commissioned by us, which is authorised to receive the amount of money to be paid by you. Please note that we charge a surname surcharge of 6,90,- Euro in addition to the package price for surname shipping. In addition, the transport company commissioned by us for surname shipments on delivery charges a transmission fee of 2, - Euro.
If the credit card payment method is selected, the invoice amount is due immediately upon conclusion of the contract. The credit card payment method is processed in cooperation with PCI DSS. You will be redirected directly in the shop. After your legitimation as a legitimate cardholder, payment is automatically carried out by the credit card company and your card is charged.

Our LUCID-Register-No.: DE2033514965749 . According to the Packaging Ordinance, you can bring all sales packaging (shipping packaging and product packaging) delivered by us to a dual system within Germany for recycling. If disposal in your area is not possible, you can return the packaging to us.
Our offered articles are manufactured in 100% manual work individually for you. With exception of course our used material like (leather, bits, carbines, buckles etc.) we pay special attention in the production of our models to the highest quality. The product illustrations can deviate from the appearance of the delivered goods, in particular regarding color. Warranty claims do not exist if the changes are reasonable for the customer. Nevertheless, slight deviations from the photographic image may occur in the case of the article actually delivered. We ask you to compare and check the delivered goods immediately with your order. Should you notice any obvious defects such as damage, breakage or shortages, please contact us!
Limitation of Liability
- in the event of injury to life, limb or health,
- in case of intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty,
- in the case of guarantee promises, if agreed, or

The place of jurisdiction and performance for both parties shall be Duisburg. Should one or more provisions of this contract be invalid in whole or in part, this shall not invalidate the entire contract. Rather, the invalid provision shall be replaced by one that is in accordance with the law and the intended purpose and economic purpose. Amendments to the contract must be made in writing.
